1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions govern the sale and purchase of products through our website.

1.2 You will be asked to agree to these terms and conditions before placing an order.

1.3 This document does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including those under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Interpretation

2.1 In these terms:

(a) “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Made for More;

(b) “you” and “your” refer to the customer.

3. Order Process

3.1 Product listings on our website are an invitation to treat.

3.2 A contract is only formed once we accept your order.

3.3 The ordering steps are:

  • Proceed to checkout
  • Enter details and confirm delivery method
  • Accept these terms
  • Complete payment via our payment provider
  • Receive an order acknowledgment
  • Receive a separate order confirmation when your order is accepted

3.4 You may correct input errors before payment via the on-screen review process.

4. Products

4.1 Our website sells custom and pre-designed 3D printed products, including branded keyrings, promotional items, and personalised gifts.

4.2 We may update or withdraw products at any time without notice.

5. Prices

5.1 Prices are listed on our website and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

5.2 Prices may change but will not affect orders already placed.

5.3 Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.

5.4 In the rare event of pricing errors, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the correct price.

6. Payments

6.1 Payment is due at checkout.

6.2 Accepted methods include all those listed on our website (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay).

6.3 If payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order.

6.4 Unjustified chargebacks will incur:

(a) the full amount charged back;

(b) bank and admin fees (£25 incl. VAT);

(c) our recovery costs (including legal fees).

7. Deliveries

7.1 Deliveries are governed by our Delivery Policy.

7.2 We deliver to the address provided during checkout.

7.3 We aim to dispatch orders within 3–10 business days depending on product type.

7.4 All orders will be dispatched within 30 days unless agreed otherwise.

7.5 We currently deliver to the UK, Ireland, and select international regions.

8. Cancellation Right (Consumers)

8.1 This section applies only to consumers.

8.2 You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

8.3 Notify us via email or using our cancellation form.

8.5 You must pay return costs and return items within 14 days.

8.6 Refunds include delivery costs (excluding premium delivery upgrades).

8.7 Deductions may apply for any loss in value due to handling beyond what’s necessary to assess the product.

8.8 Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of return.

8.9 No cancellation right applies to:

• • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Unsealed items not suitable for return for hygiene reasons
  • Goods that become inseparably mixed after delivery

9. Warranties and Representations

9.1 You confirm:

• • You are legally able to enter into contracts
  • Your order details are accurate
  • You can accept delivery

9.2 We warrant that:

• • We legally own the goods
  • Goods match the description and are of satisfactory quality
  • You will have quiet possession of them

9.3 No other warranties apply beyond those stated here or under UK law.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

10.2 Subject to 10.1, we are not liable for:

• • Delays or failures due to events beyond our control
  • Business losses (e.g., loss of income or profits)

10.3 We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorised account use unless due to our negligence.

10.4 Our total liability under any sale contract is limited to the total amount paid by you for the product(s) in that contract.

11. Order Cancellation by Us

11.1 We may cancel a contract if:

  • You breach the contract
  • We cannot fulfil the order due to events beyond our control

12. Consequences of Cancellation

12.1 If we cancel:

(a) Undelivered goods will not be sent

(b) You are liable to pay for goods already delivered

(c) These terms remain enforceable where applicable

13. Scope

13.1 These terms do not license any intellectual property.

13.2 These terms do not apply to services unrelated to product sales.

14. Variation

14.1 We may update these terms at any time.

14.2 The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.

15. Assignment

15.1 We may assign our rights and obligations unless doing so reduces consumer guarantees.

15.2 You may not assign your rights without written consent.

16. Waivers

16.1 No waiver is valid unless in writing.

16.2 Failure to enforce rights does not mean they are waived.

17. Severability

17.1 If part of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remainder will still apply.

18. Third Party Rights

18.1 These terms are for your benefit and ours only.

18.2 No third party has the right to enforce any part of this agreement.

19. Entire Agreement

19.1 These terms, along with our Delivery and Returns policies, form the entire agreement regarding the sale of our products.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

20.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.

20.2 Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.

21. Statutory & Regulatory Disclosures

21.1 We do not retain individual sale contracts. Please save a copy for your records.

21.2 These terms are provided in English.
