π¦ Order Processing Times
All of our products are custom-made to order. Our standard processing times are as follows:
- Standard Items (Design Finalised): 3β5 business days
- Custom Design Orders: 5β10 business days (subject to complexity and customer approval)
If we anticipate any delay in production or dispatch, we will notify you as soon as possible.
π Delivery Times & Methods
We use trusted third-party courier services to deliver your order securely and efficiently.
Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch):
- UK & Ireland: 2β4 business days
- Europe: 4β7 business days
- Rest of World: 7β14 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed. Tracking details will be provided via email upon dispatch.
π· Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size. Free shipping may apply to qualifying orders, which will be indicated at checkout.
π International Deliveries & Customs
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may cause delays. We have no control over these fees or customs clearance times.
π¬ Delivery Responsibility & Risk
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by courier services or customs authorities
- Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you
- Damage or loss resulting from handling by the courier once the parcel is dispatched

π Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply. If we receive no response within 30 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order without refund.

Made for More shall not be held liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage (direct or indirect) arising from delays or failure to deliver due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays
- Strikes
